B. Operational Progress
- With the expiration of the Foundation’s super validator subsidy program, the Foundation will begin to withdraw voting support from super validators as of today. Once this process is complete, the ranking of REI DAO validators will be solely based on community voting, selecting the top 21 “Super Validators” to handle block production and receive staking rewards and blockchain transaction fees. At that point, REI Network will officially enter its “Open Development Phase” — a new public blockchain that offers a fairer and more inclusive validator selection, open to a broader range of users.
