Below we have provided a template on how to structure your proposals in order to offer a more comprehensive & efficient deliberation process.
Proposal Structure
To initiate a proposal discussion in the REI Forum, at least three elements must be included: the proposal background, the proposal purpose, and the proposal content.
1.Background :
Describes the proposal based on the current status of the REI Network, the problems, and the changes needed.
2.Purpose of the motion：
Describe what you hope to achieve with your proposal and what changes you hope to make to REI Network’s project development.
3.Proposal Content:
3.1. Abstract:
Introduce and expand on the proposal. Highlight key points on how the proposal will improve stakeholder/tokenholder experience, protocol performance, and the overall implementation process.
3.2. Motivation:
What problems will this proposal address/solve? What’s the value-add?
Go all-out and explain the rationale & vision for the proposal! How will this affect the protocol both technically, socially, financially (if applicable), and governance-wise?
3.3 Benefits :
Provide benefits as to how the proposal implementation will advance the protocol.
3.4 Downside :
Are there any disadvantages with implementing the proposal? If there are any Snapshot votes or forum polls associated with this proposal, please attach it.
Forum rules.
REI forum is committed to becoming a REI Network vertical community of sharing, discovery and creation as the core value. In order to create and maintain a good community atmosphere, REI forum administrators will do some management and intervention on forum posting, you are welcome to send questions and suggestions for the project, but if it touches the bottom line, we will take the forum punishment mechanism, deducting points, banning or even blocked. The following are the forum rules.
1.Not against the fundamental interests of REI Network, all forum postings, should uphold the purpose of actively promoting the development of REI Network, if the content of the post is malicious slander, abuse, vilification of the project, will be deleted.
2.REI Network forum postings need to comply with local laws and follow the public order and morals of the place of use, otherwise, depending on the severity of the situation, allowed to block the number.
3.Posting should be meaningful, pure expressions or other meaningless water posts; advertising posts without official authorization and business support; leaving QQ number, micro signal and other instant messaging account information.
4.Other related matters will be resolved by the community through REI DAO.
